Carefully packed, fully insured, no surprises.

Domestic shipping

We ship to all fifty US states. Standard ground delivery is included on orders over $150. Below $150, ground shipping is calculated at checkout. Most tabletop pieces leave the studio within three to five business days. Larger sculptural objects and lighting are made to order and ship in three to four weeks.

How we pack

Every object ships double-boxed in custom-cut foam and cradled in shredded paper. Stoneware and glass pieces are wrapped in cotton flannel before they meet any cardboard. We have a near-zero damage rate but every piece is fully insured for transit.

International

We ship internationally via DHL Express. Customs duties and import VAT are the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like a written shipping quote before ordering, write to hello@truhelix.store with your delivery address and the pieces you are considering.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link the moment a piece ships. If a delivery looks delayed, write to us — we will reach out to the carrier.
