Returns

Thirty days, no questions, full refund.

If a piece arrives and it is not what you hoped for in your home, you have thirty days from delivery to return it for a full refund. We pay return shipping for any object that arrived damaged. For other returns, the buyer covers return postage.

How to return a piece

Email hello@truhelix.store with your order number and we will send a return label and packing instructions. Reuse the original packaging where possible.

Damage in transit

If a piece arrives broken, photograph the damage and the packing inside the box and email us. We refund or replace immediately and file the claim with the carrier ourselves. You should not have to handle a carrier claim.

Custom and commissioned work

Custom commissions and trade orders are non-returnable except for damage in transit. We share photographs and dimensions before fabrication so you can confirm.
