By placing an order with Truhelix Atelier you agree to these terms.

Orders and acceptance

Listing a piece on this website is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your order becomes a contract when we send a confirmation email. If a listing has a pricing or description error, we may decline the order and refund you fully.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout for shipping addresses where we are required to collect. International duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Made-to-order work

Most pieces are made to order. Lead times are stated on each listing. We do our best to meet the stated time and write to you immediately if a piece is delayed.

Use and care

Care instructions ship with every piece. Brass develops a natural patina over time; if you prefer the original finish, we include a small polish cloth. Hand-thrown stoneware is dishwasher safe, though we recommend hand washing for longest life. Glass should be hand washed only.

Warranty

We warrant our work against material and craft defects for one year. If a piece develops a defect through normal use, write to us and we will repair or replace it.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Disputes will be resolved in Multnomah County, Oregon.
